P.E. Final blog.

        My attendance is good i come regularly but not always. The only times i do not come is when i am sick or somethindg Veeeeeeeeeeeerrrry important is going on. I have only missed 2 Fitness blocks and 2 normal P.E. blocks. I am always ready to go and willing to participate and give it my best. However that dosent happen :( !!! I still slack off sometimes for eg. In the comunity run I start walking when I get tired, however my great friends (Joel, Gurjap, Gus) motivate me to do better and Vice Versa. Compared to the begining of the year i have sterted to do much, much better for eg. I have now started to go to my home gym and I take my dog for huge walks everyday. I also love to play basketball. At the be gining of the year i was a little bit too lazy, I'm still lazy but i can do fitness. Before i used to let fitness scare me and thought of excuses (they never worked ) and now I face it like a man. I bring a positive attitude to class and always motivate my firiendes during fitnes, for e.g. During the latest 30 minute run Gurjaps back was hurting when there were only 10 minutes left i told him to take it easy and jog and not give up! Not all is fun how ever i cant run fast but i dont let that come in my way, but, there is no doubt that i give it my best. Fitness is hard and some times i consider giving up but then only one thought comes to my mind that is "That i am donig this for my self, I am doing fitness to make my self better, faster, STRONGER" then i continue to do my fitness.

        At the begining I thougt that takeing my dog for a walk was a chore but now I take it as an oppertunity to get healthier and to meet my friend taht might be walking on the streets. I love the way that fitness has changed me, because now I can do thing that i couldent before like, Run faster, Lift hevyer weights and play outside a lot more like regularly.

  1. Arjun you have positive overall outlook on our class and trying to help out or participate. I encourage t keep exploring how far your body can actually go. Every time you do you will wake up stronger and be able to go farther... which means you never really get to the end. What letter grade do you think you deserve?

  2. I think that I deserve an A because I never stop my physical activity and I run when ever I go to my friends house
