Mid Term
During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate
in a variety of activities? On what days have you participated to your best effort and
why? What days have been a struggle for you and why?
How do you contribute to the overall success of the class? What kind of attitude do
you bring and why? How do you interact with other students in our class?
Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself
physically? What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most? What fitness
goals do you have for the rest of the year?
What does "leadership" mean to you? Who are the best leaders in our class - why?
What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year? What are
you the most proud of so far?
Finally, what letter grade A, B, C+, C, C- (gulp) best represents the effort you just described? In Grade 10-12 we need an actual percentage as well. :(
I always bring my gym strip and have a positave attitude towards the activitys (Fitness/GameDay). I give it my best on fitness however I am not always up to it! I give my bestest on game days though because I love having fun with my friends and enjoyng the activitys that I do! I have struggled on the day of the hill run because it was too hot outside and i was wearing black and i was sick :(
I cheer people up when they are not willing to do gym. I am usually happy to come to class fitness or not I am usually happy because i know that even if i am doing an activity i hate just hanging around and cooperating with my frinds will cheer me up! I talk to people in my class.
During fitness days i always come out sweating like a waterfall because i try my hardest. I enjoy the pond run and beep test the most. I want to get a good time in the community run and get higher then 8.2 in the beep test.
Leadership to me means that the person is responciable and able to communicate with us well. Mr. Neaufield and Cooper.
I would like to take fitness outside of school more! I play basketball and other games with my friends out side and recently i hit up the gym to LIFT BRO! I am proud of my endurence because in fitness i have wanted to give up a lot but i tell myself that i am doing this for ma and for no one else so there is no pint in cheating cause i am only cheating myself.
I thing i deserve G.
P.S. My wifi at the crib is currently not working and was not able to put up many pictures. My wifi is finnaly running and this was my first prioraty!

Dodgeball
today we played dogeball and I helped out the team by catching balls and bringing people back into the game as well as I shared some of the dogeballs that I got off the ground. Overall I think I tryed hard and shared. I helped people and I was a good sport!

P.E. Final blog.
My attendance is good i come regularly but not always. The only times i do not come is when i am sick or somethindg Veeeeeeeeeeeerrrry important is going on. I have only missed 2 Fitness blocks and 2 normal P.E. blocks. I am always ready to go and willing to participate and give it my best. However that dosent happen :( !!! I still slack off sometimes for eg. In the comunity run I start walking when I get tired, however my great friends (Joel, Gurjap, Gus) motivate me to do better and Vice Versa. Compared to the begining of the year i have sterted to do much, much better for eg. I have now started to go to my home gym and I take my dog for huge walks everyday. I also love to play basketball. At the be gining of the year i was a little bit too lazy, I'm still lazy but i can do fitness. Before i used to let fitness scare me and thought of excuses (they never worked ) and now I face it like a man. I bring a positive attitude to class and always motivate my firiendes during fitnes, for e.g. During the latest 30 minute run Gurjaps back was hurting when there were only 10 minutes left i told him to take it easy and jog and not give up! Not all is fun how ever i cant run fast but i dont let that come in my way, but, there is no doubt that i give it my best. Fitness is hard and some times i consider giving up but then only one thought comes to my mind that is "That i am donig this for my self, I am doing fitness to make my self better, faster, STRONGER" then i continue to do my fitness.
At the begining I thougt that takeing my dog for a walk was a chore but now I take it as an oppertunity to get healthier and to meet my friend taht might be walking on the streets. I love the way that fitness has changed me, because now I can do thing that i couldent before like, Run faster, Lift hevyer weights and play outside a lot more like regularly.

My home Gym affected me...
My home Gym affected me by helping me gain more strength. My goal was to gain strength and so i am still working on it. I go to my home gym aboout 4 to 5 times a week. I do squats and try to balance on somthing small also i do stretches befor i go on the shoulder press then i usually go to the lat pull down. I bike aroud the neighbour hood and to my friends house just about everyday. I also take my dog for long walks and sometimes aroud the field as well. Sometimes Joel comes over and we work out together, we use the medicine ball and we also go to the park and play basketball and take my dog for HUGE walks together.

During this year i have given my best effort. (BEFORE you continue i do have pictures of myself working out as digital evidence as my friend does not know ho to email them to me, but knowing that it effects my grade i will be sure to take some more if he doesn't email them to me)! I give my best effort on fitness days because the other days are to have fun while playing, and in fitness you have to try ur hardest otherwise you will not be fit! The community run and the hill run have been hard for me but i perserverd and it payed off. Sine last time i have started to go to a nearby gym every weekend and i also have started to eat healthy. (again i don't have my pictures yet but i will soon)!

How i am doing in P.E.
I think I am doing quite well, specially at fitness. I am trying much harder and modifying the activities that I am not good at. I am enjoying myself at he normal P.E. days and I am bringing a positive attitude to class. My next goal is to workout in the fitness room to build my strength. I will start uploading my pictures on my blog as proof of doing my best and sweating. I am Doing quite well in fitness. For example I sweat a lot and I end up huffing and puffing. I am doing very good on the normal days and i try o have as much fun as i can. I am also very energetic (from time to time).

PE grade reflection!
During PE I am always ready to go and try my best no matter if its a sport i am very bad at or good at! I love playing outside in the field so that is where i give my level best. A few fitness days have been a struggle for me mainly because I have never done that activity before (the rag thing!).
I contribute to the overall success of the class by mostly having a positive attitude towards what we are doing. Even though I am new to the area I try to talk to everyone and get to know them as well!
I push myself to do my absolute best during fitness because I know that if I do fitness the way its supposed to be done I will only benefit myself. My favourite fitness activity would have to be the partner workout with the 30 seconds on and then 30 seconds off!!! My goal for the rest of the year is to give my best, best, best!
Leadership means not goofing off and being a good role model to everyone in the class. Im not sure who is the best simply because I sill don't know everyone!
Trying to come to school everyday so I don't miss PE! I am proud to have learnt all these new games that are sooooooo fun.
I think I should get an A or B because i tried my best in probably all of the activities regardless of them being fun or boring!
